... Each project we work on has unique and specific requirements. We utilize standard project management practices for managing the day-to-day project operations but what sets us apart is the unique and specific skill set each of our team members is able to contribute. Our preference to collaborate with our clients on projects means that we are often involved in the project planning phase of a project. During this phase, we assist in identifying the key roles that will deliver the most cost effective, timely and beneficial result.
We are able to build our project teams based on the specific project requirements and this means we have greater control and more accountability of projects we manage. It also means that we can better ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget and in line with our client’s business objectives.
Not every project involves us in the project planning phase, though, and we are equally adept at working within established teams, and providing construction officers and construction managers on an ‘as needed’ basis.
