MEET OUR COMPANY LEADERS
	Randolph (Randy) Wright, President and Chief Executive Officer Randy Wright has over 25 years of senior management experience within Civil Works and Construction. Prior to Acclaro, Randy was ‘Owner and Capitalist’ of a company primarily focused on providing Oil and Gas energy services. Over the years he has been involved in several successful joint ventures, the most recent of which (while he was Managing Director) experienced growth in gross sales to over $120 million. Prior to this success, Randy founded Columbia Power Corporation where he was CEO and President. During his time at Columbia Power Corp, he instigated and managed the successful sale of the company to the Ensource group of companies. Randy brings quality leadership and strong business acumen to Acclaro. He has a proven track record in significantly growing a business and increasing company profits, through enforcing high standards, demanding integrity and surrounding himself with like-minded people.

	Tariq S. Malik CA COO/CFO Tariq has 25 years experience in senior management roles in Canada, USA, Europe and Middle East, with concentration in capital intensive Oil & Gas, Power and Alternative Energy and Mining sectors. Tariq has been CFO & Director Finance of TSX listed companies and has worked with merger and acquisitions, corporate growth strategies, optimization of existing assets, long range forecasts and planning to optimize shareholder returns. Tariq is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds memberships in the Institute of CA’s in Canada & UK. Tariq also serves on three not-for-profit Board at present..

	John Byers, P.Eng Director, Reliability & Asset Management John brings over 25 years experience in the field of Reliability and Maintenance Management. Prior to heading Reliability Works, John was Chief Maintenance Engineer at Alcan Primary Metal Inc. He has extensive experience in all aspects of asset management, is a proven leader and has successfully managed capital projects ranging in value from $200K to $30M+. John holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Calgary in Alberta. He is a current APEG (BC) member and is also affiliated with the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP).

	Hamid Vakili, P. Eng. Construction & Civil Engineering Manager Hamid Vakili joined Acclaro in May, 2007 and has over 20 years experience within Construction and Civil Engineering. Prior to Acclaro, Hamid was a Project Manager at Imac Enterprises. Hamid has successfully managed numerous construction projects including residential, commercial, industrial, sport centers, hospitals and schools. He has been both employed by contractors and owners on these projects. Hamid holds a Civil Engineering degree from Tabriz University in Iran and is a current APEG (BC) member.
